Okay, thanks for explaining why not to roleblock.
This is neither here nor there, but I just found myself reading the mafia-scum wiki for about 3 hours and perusing a couple topics on the forum. I knew the community was developed, but it was even far more developed than I had suspected. Wow. Also, I find it weird how they have a "Blitz" category (in trial right now) that has deadlines "up to 96 hours". How is that "blitz"? When I think of the word "blitz", I think of something that happens very very quickly.

Anyways, actions: Kill: Phoenix DreamWalker doesn't roleblock anyone. To be clear to Key, I support this for our Night 2 actions. What I do not support, however, is the persistent capitalizing of the "W" in my name.

Terra_Enforcer and Cecilia are cohosting a league of legends themed mafia game on CE. Permission to post during night and advertise it?
(Please don't advertise it yourself because that's meta-able)

As you would be dead because of the Vigilante, you wouldn't be able to perform your role. However, as Person C is nonetheless still targeted by the Mafia, one among you would die, yes. But that's an extreme hypothetical situation in any case; it would take some pretty bad luck to even end up there in any game. Then again, I've already seen some pretty crazy stuff. Wait, what? Killing preempts power usage? That's bullshit If that is his power, that is his power. I'm not saying it is or it isn't. I merely answered the question before me. @host- what happens if an even number of town and the vote is tied at the end of the day? Are we able to vote to not kill anyone? Haven't quite decided yet, but that'd probably be it, yes. Also- @host- If we accuse [town player] of lying and they freak out and get themselves modkilled for breaking a rule, does the day end because it's a ML, or does day continue? No, it's no different from someone else breaking a rule. Which basically means they die, any votes against them are nullified, and day continues as normal. This is because of the subjective nature of someone actually being scared and accidentally breaking a rule. It would be to the mafia's benefit if day ended, but the person may have legitimately forgotten the rule, regardless of your influence, so it's wrong to call it a mislynch. More like a stupid mistake.

So when we claim Cecilia is lying to score a mislynch, she can intentionally break a rule to flip town, and then everyone will know DreamWalker was lying and then he gets lynched? Am I reading that correctly?

If Cecilia gets modkilled, DreamWalker should get himself modkilled too so that day continues and we can still win on the next night.

I don't plan on getting myself modkilled. I don't consider "modkill" to be a valid part of strategy, and I'm not sure a mafia win would even count as a win for me were I modkilled.

It typically doesn't, and wouldn't count for town in the event that someone from town is MKd. But typically mafia isn't screwed out of scoring an ML because the person they tried to ML intentionally MKs themselves. It's a fringe case and probably won't happen, but is one thing that would completely fuck us over. Modkills usually punish the player who commits them's team harshly just to prevent BS scenarios like the above.

So just to make sure I've got my role clear...
-Eventually say I was roleblocked -"I don't want to claim because then I'll get shot." If claiming comes up.
Am I missing anything?
